Glutenfree, oil free and of course vegan bananabread recipe.
The banana bread is easy to make and you only need a few ingredients.
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 150 g oat flour
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp agave syrup or 40-50 g coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml plant milk (I used oat milk)
First smash the bananas, then add the rest of the ingredients, mix everything well and put the mixture in a baking pan and bake the banana bread at 180 ° Celsius for 40-50 minutes.
When it’s done let it cool down for a little bit, you can top the banana bread with nut butter, chocolate spread or just eat it on it’s own.
The banana bread is absolutely delicious and perfect to take with you to school or work.
